Planning Application for Replacement Dwelling

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the demolition of the bungalow known as Bexington, Lime Kiln Road, Lytchett Matravers, to allow for the construction of a new two storey house on the site. The design, by Etchingham Morris Architects, shows a traditional brick built cottage style house with a front entrance porch and dormer windows.

A decision is expected from Dorset Council in the summer.
