Goadsby Secure Shirley Retail Lettings

Acting on behalf of the Trussell Trust, Goadsby Commercial have secured assignments of the leases on 50, Shirley High Street and 35-37 Shirley High Street, Southampton.

The 1,737 sq ft (161.36 sq m) at 35-37 Shirley High Street is now trading as a CRY Charity shop. 50 Shirley High Street which is approximately 1,033 sq ft (95.96 sq m) unit will be trading as a Soton Fogger, supplying premier vaping products and e-liquid. They are due to open on Saturday 23rd September.
