It is always nice to receive positive feedback from a happy buyer or seller when completing on a sale.

This morning the Ferndown office were delighted to receive a wonderful card and gifts from some buyers who have managed to purchase their perfect home to be closer to their children.

Post Office Lane in St Leonards was launched to the market in November, and after conducting 25 accompanied viewings and receiving 8 offers, we were delighted to find a buyer that matched our vendor’s requirements to proceed.
