Details Submitted For Westover Road Development

Acting on behalf of Libra Homes, Goadsby has submitted a detailed reserved matters planning application for the mixed-use development of the site of the former Odeon Cinema in Westover Road, Bournemouth. The proposals comprise two floors of commercial floor space, 64 flats and car parking.

The scheme, designed by ARC Architects, follows on from the outline planning permission, granted in 2020. A decision is expected from BCP Council in the spring.
