The former Brendon House care home site in Winchester has been successfully sold to Alfred Homes following a comprehensive planning campaign that secured consent for the redevelopment of the site to provide eight substantial new homes.

Acting on behalf of The Brendoncare Foundation, Goadsby's Commercial and Land Departments worked closely together to market the property and secure the best possible outcome for the client. Following a competitive bidding process, a sale was agreed on a subject-to-planning basis, ultimately maximising value for the charity and its ongoing work.
