Absolutely not a single complaint throughout our sale/purchase process. The team at Goadsby were extremely attentive, even after we completed which was a great experience. I would highly recommend if you're looking for an estate agent to make things flow as simply as possible. FYI, we went from first viewing to completion in less than 3 months!

I have recently sold two houses through the Goadsby Winchester office. Both these sales have been handled in an extremely satisfactory manner. All the members of the office team, led by Andrew Mathys, worked efficiently and promptly. In particular communication with myself, the buyers and solicitors was of a high professional standard. James Deaville, the assistant manager, was impressive handling the day to day business. I wish him well ! Thank You.

From viewing to exchange we worked with James and he made sure we were kept up to date with what was happening. This was a difficult buy because the vendors were some weeks behind the rest of the chain. James continued to support both vendor and us as the buyer which concluded with a very happy couple in our new home. Than you, James. You did Goadsby proud.

James was really helpful and patient with my search for a new place. His knowledge of the area was remarkable and I could talk through my thoughts with him. If I need to sell, I definitely go with James.
