Kim was amazing; right from the very start Kim understood what we type of property we were looking for and showed us two suitable properties. We bought one. <br />Kim was flexible about letting our building surveyor in, and also working with our solicitor who is based in Kent. She went out of her way to understand the queries our electrician had. <br />Kim spoke to us every day and helped to achieve a purchase price that I believe was fair to both parties. <br />Kim worked tirelessly to try and get Premier Lawyers to perform and called in the Goadsby relationship manager to get action. <br />Kim helped us enormously in getting access for us to take measurements prior to completion. <br />We could not have asked for more and we felt that we have received an exceptional performance from Kim.
