Absolutely excellent customer service from Charlie and overall brilliant experience with Goadsby Winchester. I’d had a difficult time looking for a flat in Winchester before I went through Goadsby and the perfect place came up and Charlie from their team helped me throughout the whole process to secure it quickly. She always provided very quick and helpful responses to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and secure with the whole process. I honestly couldn’t fault Goadsby in any way as I have had a fantastic experience flat hunting and securing a property with them. A huge thank you to the whole Goadsby Winchester team but Charlie in particular for handling the whole process brilliantly for me and giving me great support. Absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re in the process of flat/house hunting.

Kim replied to every email in good time. She was honest and efficient, she was straight to the point which is exactly what you need if you are dealing with an estate agent. She gave us the feeling that she really cared and we felt well looked after. Third time lucky! After initially trying to sell our house using another local estate agent and Purplebricks, we finally came across Goadsby who managed to find us a buyer within a short space of time (twice in fact). We have had to deal with one of the trickiest buyers anyone could wish for and Goadsby have been extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. I'd like to personally extend my thanks to Mark and the team for all of their help in getting our sale across the line which took up a huge amount of time and perseverance. It may be easy to get drawn in by the online only adverts but if you're serious about selling your property, it's important to have an intermediary that can help take the time to manage the process to ensure it doesn't fall down, as I'm sure ours otherwise would have.
