We have been really impressed by the professional manner in which Goadsby operate. We had a viewing of a property for sale with Goadsby and that led to Mark very astutely recommending another property down the road, which we found to be more in line with what we were looking for - we are now moving into that property and are very happy! Mark's hard work and persistence has really helped the whole process. Communication from the team has been very fast and efficient throughout, and I would not hesitate in putting our property on the market with Goadsby in the future.

She always provided very quick and helpful responses to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and secure with the whole process. I honestly couldn’t fault Goadsby in any way as I have had a fantastic experience flat hunting and securing a property with them. Kim replied to every email in good time. She was honest and efficient, she was straight to the point which is exactly what you need if you are dealing with an estate agent. She gave us the feeling that she really cared and we felt well looked after. It is very valuable as a client to have a named contact at Goadsby instead of dealing with the wider team. This helped to build trust and ensure communications are efficient. I would certainly recommend Goadsby lettings to use. Limited visibility of the Sales elements of the organisation.

Goadsby have been fantastic. I really cannot recommend enough. I have used their competitor agent in Winchester the last twice I've moved, but I will definitely be using Goadsby next time. Mark has looked after us from being shown around the property, to completion. Great service, thanks.
