We recently completed on our house purchase with Goadsby and had a very positive experience. James Deaville our agent was fantastic, always contactable, very conscientious and went above and beyond to move things along for us in a very decent timeframe. The rest of the team were great too, thank you.

Considering that moving home is supposed to be the most stressful thing you can do, I am feeling suprisingly relaxed on the first day of being in my new place! Andrew, James and the team at Goadsby were well-organised, responsive and helpful at all times. Emails were answered more or less by return and communications were generally very courteous and informative.

Many thanks to the Goadsby team at Winchester especially Andrew and Philippa. Personal and professional throughout , they dealt with every aspect rather than what we found with other estate agents in our chain who’s local office didn’t actually deal with the customer after price agreed they move it onto other people out of area who were hard work and hard to contact. Anyone selling this is really worth considering….who you deal with right up until your property is sold.

James gave us a very informed valuation and we were confident in his appraisal. We decided not to go ahead with our house sale at present but would definitely recommend James at Goadsby.
