Me and my husband just bought our first home with Goadsby, the whole process was perfect from start to finish, they consistently provided good communication and excellent advice. We would absolutely use Goadsby again especially if we were on the other side of the process- selling a property. The reason for this is we viewed many properties before finding the right one, and James from Goadsby was (very literally) the only person who tried to sell us a house. We were very impressed by how enthusiastic he was about the property and his knowledge of the house and the area. Thank you James for your help :)

Very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of James Deaville in the Winchester office. Always returned our calls with factual information and ensured we were as up to date as possible with proceedings. As the buyer, I always felt that James had the sellers best interests at heart as the primary customer which is more than I can say for our chosen estate agent. I would strongly recommend using James and Goadsby and would do so ourselves next time around. James Deaville and Andrew Mathys supported our recent sale and purchase in Winchester and Chandler’s Ford respectively. Due to our first chain falling through, I’m sure they didn’t think they would be supporting us for as long as they did! But after that setback James quickly got our property back on the market with fresh viewings and we got over the line at the second attempt. Throughout our process James was always on hand to provide advice and reassurance, including guidance and information on properties we were considering purchasing. He also clearly took a great deal of care with the viewings of our property, and always arrived promptly to make sure it looked its best. Towards the end of the process Andrew helped us get legal documents returned promptly by offering to witness our signatures in their offices at the weekend, which was really appreciated. We are truly grateful for their extensive support, and would highly recommend them and the Goadsby Winchester team to anyone. It is a great reflection on them that our neighbours also went with Goadsby when they decided to sell.

Recently had Andrew and team sell a property in Winchester. The entire team were absolutely brilliant in achieving this -at times a challenging-sale. From the first valuation by Andrew through presentation and completion the team were a pleasure to deal with. My own team member who handled every thing on my behalf was James. James oversaw everything required, always very cheerful to deal with and particularly adept when negotiating with challenging buyers. I am a big fan of goadsby who made the purchase of my first home very calm and smooth. They kept me informed at every stage and did not or hound me into making an offer or at any stage. James Deaville has been very helpful with a number of my inquiries be that can I take measure the rooms to be sure of sizes to questions about the solar panels or utilities etc. James has always come back to me promptly and made the time to provide as much information as possible.
