We have achieved so much today, thanks to Beth. Sorry it was rushed when I brought the keys in today but I had an angry cat in my car 😂 Would recommend Goadsby every time! I was genuinely very happy with the communication and honesty throughout. Compared to my previous experience of purchasing (not with Goadsby), this was a huge improvement. I was always promptly responded to, kept informed of any developments and any enquiries were responded to professionally and courteously. <br />An issue in the chain created a delay, but keeping everything transparent took away any tension and concern that would be easy to creep in. Beth also looked into several issues, and came up with practical solutions that suited both parties. This saved time and unquestionably; money and stress!

I found Beth very helpful and positive,she really helped both myself and the buyer through some tricky long waits.She was also always at the end of the phone ready to help even when busy with other clients. I also found the team at the Ferndown office very helpful.
