Pleased with initial consultation and that Gareth Jones had come prepared and done his homework and was able to suggest a selling price there and then. Photographs for brochure were very good. Introduced some serious potential buyers at a very early stage and obtained several offers at the asking price and then, based on each one's situation, recommended the most suitable one to proceed with.

The only thing was all the emails pushing to exchange & complete, I got a bit frustrated with this as we were also getting frustrated and wanted everything to be done.

Michael and Olivia have been great at keeping Us informed and the sale on track.<br />The disappointment for Goadsby here is the lack of interaction with other branches. Michael took down the details of where we were moving to, and we asked for your partner branches to contact us with any properties that may be of interest (over a quite wide radius it has to be said, with very broad parameters of old/new, renovation project etc). Not one phone call was ever received from Goadsby. There was prime opportunity to get another sale here. I did tell Michael this a few weeks ago and still no one called. I�d describe that as pretty awful customer service and also pretty awful from a company wanting to make sales. You cannot tell me- as Michael tried to- that in that whole time there was not one house that met our criteria of �3-4 bed house in dorset up to �450k�. You probably want to look at how your network pick some up leads like that because you lost a potential sale that could have been very easy to secure, given we had accepted an offer on ours and needed to move.
