There a horrific company to go with, they'll happily take your deposit for simple things. Dust on a lamp shade cost nearly £20 out of deposit. They don't do a inventory properly moved in as a third person and when took the tenancy over they still used the inventory of the previous tenants. There lazy and don't care if there's a problem. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a house to rent or buy

We have just viewed a house on sale with Goadsby with Laura. Laura handled the viewing perfectly. On arrival, Laura gave us the initial information while walking into the property and then did what I haven't come across on many occasions before: she let us soak in the house. She knew when to keep quiet and let us take in the features and views of the property. She was still available for questions, answered well and with honesty, while the lack of oversell was very much appreciated.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Goadsby in Weymouth for all their help making the purchase of my home here as trouble free as it could be. This is the second house I have bought through this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the area.
