Goadsby�s great service is let down badly by the conveyance solicitors they recommend.

Impressed by knowledge of how property fitted within the local market, providing a realistic valuation since the property required some updating, swift action in preparing the sales brochure/viewings resulting in several offers over the asking price received within 48 hours once on the market. <br />Also took time to discuss the various offers and the various chains, mortgage situations, etc., which could determine the complexity and time required to achieve a successful sale completion in the current environment.<br />

We dealt with James Farran, who was brilliantly professional, a great communicator and was really balanced and considered throughout the whole sales process.

The house we purchased was marketed by Goadsby and another agent. We contacted Goadsby about it in part because the Preston office is very close to the site and it was immediately clear that Goadsby's were well informed about the property, but also because we felt that Goadsby's have the highest profile in Weymouth with their new Town Centre office in addition to their Preston office.

He was friendly, professional, helpful and flexible when we requested additional viewings after agreeing a price. <br /><br />The only glitch in the whole process was when enquiring about another property much earlier when I made three calls over three days, all unanswered and not returned. I eventually wrote to Jim Doerr who arranged an immediate call back. Fortunately this initial issue wasn't representative of the excellent service I subsequently received.

We were impressed with the impartiality between Buyer and Seller and the liaison offered.<br />Where issues were raised these were dealt with accordingly.
