We purchased our new house through Goadsby Estate Agents. After initially viewing it with Ben and registering our interest in it Ben kept in touch with us to keep updated. He was friendly and helpful and able to answer all of our questions concerning the property. Once we had sold our property and decided to go ahead with the purchase of the new house we met with Gareth who was also very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He very quickly and efficiently sorted out everything we needed to do in order to move forward with the purchase. Following this Ben kept in touch with us to offer any extra help we may need. Our whole experience with Goadsby was very positive and we would happily use them again should the need arise.

We did have problems with 2 of our Byers who both asked out of the purchase. We do not think you could have done anything else to avoid this. Gareth was always helpful and helped as much as he could. The only thing we were not happy about (think this happens with all Estate Agents) but both the agents who came to show potential Byers around had not been to the house before hand. We would rather have shown them round ourselves as we were aware of all the advantages of the property.
