I have been a landlord since 2011. I have used several letting agents over the years. I was, until recently, using one letting agency which I thought was excellent until I was dropped by them because my rental properties weren't in the high class and expensive areas of Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs. I had to look for another letting agent. I chose Goadsby. Goadsby's branch at Wareham covers the area of one of my rental properties. I met Hannah and Molly who are the staff which deal with lettings. In super-quick time Hannah came round to my property and that same evening my property was on Rightmove. Five days later Molly conducted the first, and only, block viewing of my property. The very next day I had two offers and, having accepted one offer, my property was let. I can't praise the teamwork of Hannah and Molly enough. They were both exceptionally efficient at keeping me informed at every single step of the way. Additionally they are both very friendly and polite ladies. They have made me feel as though I am a valued client. If you have a property to rent, I very strongly recommend you contact Hannah and Molly to help you. You will not be disappointed.
