What a fantastic team Goadsby Wareham , in particular Charlotte Ayling and Gavin Harris. I have bought my new home through Goadsy Wareham and the service has been next to none outstanding. They have supported me through every step of my journey of buying my new home with efficiency, attention to detail and untmost professionalism. I was helped and reassured every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble . I was always greeted kindly by such a warm, friendly, caring team. I found everyone to be kind and extremely knowledgeable with any queries that arose about my sale. If I didn't know where I could find help that I needed, Gavin was able to point me in the right direction as he has a huge wealth of knowledge and connections with sales.. Gav was extremely helpful in finding us our first home! Showed us a great range of properties to help us understand what we were looking for and we are loving being in our new home. GOADSBY ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I am a Landlord and I deal with numerous Letting Agents in many areas. Goadsby are by far the easiest to deal with, they have the quickest response time and they are highly professional, whilst maintaining a caring, personal touch. Goadsby offer a highly competitive management service and they are worth every single penny! One thing I have noticed and struggled with as a Landlord, is the constant high turnover of staff in many of the other agents that I use.... this ongoing high turnover of staff causes so many deep rooted issues with communication, performance and maintenance jobs being forgotten, lost in the system and then having to restart the whole quote process all over again, costing me my time and causing extreme frustration to myself and my tenants! ..... Recently one large National agent I use, took over a year to process a very simple maintenance job, due to staff coming and going and new staff struggling to fill in the gaps...... I am mentioning this because at Goadsby, I simply do not have this issue and it makes a HUGE difference to my working role as a Landlord.... The staff working at Goadsby stay for a longtime, they are highly skilled and it is obvious that they care.... they are responsible and capable, always on the ball and fast at dealing with issues....The whole team at Wareham are an absolute pleasure to deal with and the Bournemouth Team are always incredibly fast and responsive to all my many enquiries. A special shout out to Bianca Murphy, who is lovely and very good at her job, she makes my life a whole lot easier!....also thankyou to Louise Rankin, Lauren Barry, Destiny Wilcox, Anna Clifford, Rebecca Casey, David Jacobs, Glenn Matthews, Kathryn Card, Kasia Grabska and Hollie Sharp.... a very big thankyou to all !
