Goadsby took on the sale of our property following 4 months with another agent without any luck. They were very professional, always had the time to speak to us and often called us weekly and when there were any updates. Sue was extremely proactive in following up with our chain as it was fairly long and without her help im sure it would have taken longer. 100% recomend!

What can I say, David is delightful and so efficient, with both parties in difficult circumstances he was considerate, efficient and always on the ball. We managed to complete in a month, thanks to his wonderful communication with both parties and the solicitors. Couldn't fault them!

Great team, I was buying from Goadsby and, although it was a short chain, it dragged on for a bit through no fault of theirs. Sue was constantly chasing to get it all moved along. On the occasions when Sue was not available I was able to discuss any issues with other team members and they were fully up date with it all. Lots of regular updates so I knew where we were at and a little injection of humour made the process as painless as possible. Thank you all, you made all the difference.
