Would absolutely recommend Goadsby in Verwood. Ali and her team were very proactive and great and keeping us updated. Things with the chain became difficult around exchange and completion and Goadsby did everything in their power to help move things forward and keep lines of communication open.

We recently used Goadsby to sell our house., All the team were amazing from start to finish and it was a long difficult journey. From Charlottes first visit, she was warm, professional and knowledgeable.. Harrison was warm, professional, always polite and always communicated with us in a timely manner. Sue was amazing and kept us up to date with emails and the process as it progressed. Alison is warm, professional and knowledgeable and runs an amazing team. Was amazing in a really tough situation. Ali, Sue, Harrison and the team have been absolutely fantastic every step of the way through our process initially taking beautiful pictures that ensured a sale within a week, and then throughout our wobbly purchase. We had a couple of nightmare purchasers midway in our chain, and they kept letting ua down. But Ali and Sue kept us on track and pushed everything through and supported us through all the steps. My wife and I were very impressed with Goadsby, Verwood office from the start. Alison (manager) met us at the appointed time and valued the house accurately with full reasoning for her opinion. During the selling period all of the office staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and above all efficient. Following an acceptable offer, they all worked hard towards a successful outcome, chasing others where required, and throughout the process their communication was exceptional keeping us up to date at every turn. We recently purchased a property through Goadsby and found they were efficient, knowledgable and communicated well. We fell in love with the house on first viewing and had to wait a while until our property went up for sale. But Goadsby kept us well informed of the status of the house throughout. Alison helped us throughout and was very friendly but whenever we called any of the team in Verwood they were all very helpful.
