Jake has just helped me to purchase a new flat. Having not had the best experience with estate agents in the past, Jake is a breath of fresh air. He was very helpful, particularly when liaising with my solicitor and the seller of the property. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses, putting my often anxious mind at ease. He also allowed me to view the property a number of times and was very accommodating in terms of arranging around my work schedule. Thank to Jake and the team at Goadsby Southbourne for helping to ensure that the transition to my new chapter in life was as pain-free as possible!
