As a tenant, couldn't recommend this branch and their team enough! Excellent and outstanding service at all times. I would especially like to mention Allan Nesbitt. I was very impressed with Georgia the minute I saw her she is smartly dressed has a very professional approach and manner is enthusiastic friendly and takes time to listen to your concerns especially in my situation where I was selling my late fathers house which I found quite upsetting <br />Georgia was very honest in answering any questions not pushy which accounts for alot gave lots of advice and information and even gave me contacts Re selling dads contents etc <br />I liked the layout of the house details and the photos were of a high standard ( very appealing)<br />Georgia even offered for me to go to her office & help me fill in all the forms re dads house which I really appreciated <br />All the office staff were very friendly & helpful when I phoned up & all messages were passed on with a prompt phone call back<br />Can I take this opportunity to thank everyone very much<br />Veronica Stubbington. William and Georgia were very proactive in assisting to progress the sale on behalf of the vendor (who I believe was elderly). They went above and beyond to mitigate the obstructive behaviour of the vendor's solicitor and to get the sale to exchange and completion within the quick turnaround time requested by the vendor. I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment to good service.

Very very bad customer service.. would never use their service ever again and will stop other people also.They just waste ur time.

Outstanding, the only reason there aren't more 5 star reviews here is people rarely come back to leave positive comments - they only feel compelled to write when something is bad . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
