The team at Goadsby London Road were quick to contact us and let us know when our dream property had come back to the market and to fit us in for a viewing. Once the deal was tied up Ben Tomlinson, Georgia Munro Ford and Mandy Ballard all worked persistently to get the transaction through, even when it seemed like it might have hit an insurmountable snag. We are now in the property and hope to stay there for many years but would contact Goadsby straight away if we ever move. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed. After signing a contract six months ago, paying £980.50pp for the property already, and even receiving an email two weeks ago saying we would be collecting keys on 8th July, I have just received a phonecall saying we cannot move in until 3rd August. This is due to a mistake that has only been noticed ONE WEEK before we are supposed to move in. With no follow up email or further support from staff, we are now without a house in Southampton and are not sure what to do. Shame on you, Goadsby.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The customer service is excellent and they are very quick to resolve any issues that may arise.

First class service. I cannot praise Georgia highly enough for her expert handling of what was a pretty stressful sale process. She was helpful, communicative, transparent and calm throughout and I have already recommended her to friends who are considering moving. She was also very proactive, with some creative, outside the box marketing to help us find an onward purchase. Thank you to everyone at Goadsby for helping us get it over the line.

Georgia is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond what we expected. I have never known anyone quite like her. Saying that the whole team at Southampton Goadsby are excellent. Ben, Mandy and all the rest of the team. Thank you so much all of you. You are amazing.

The tenancy fees are absolutely ridiculous, and pretty much scamming tenants. They were charging £180+VAT for referencing checks, PER PERSON. Also charging for the landlords Inventory! That's something the tenant should NEVER have to pay!!

I completed on my first home last week and I had a terrible experience with my solicitor. However, Mandy Ballard at Goadsby was my saving grace! She was incredibly helpful, always keeping me in the loop and chasing on my behalf! Amazing service - thank you!!
