I recently sold an investment property through Goadsby Estate Agents, and I was very pleased with the service throughout the process. Although it was a cash sale, the transaction became quite tricky at times. Robert Ward was extremely helpful in liaising between the buyer and myself and I particularly appreciated his professionalism and persistence in getting the sale over the line. These things can sometimes be stressful, but it was handled calmly and efficiently. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d be happy to recommend Goadsby and would certainly use them again in the future.

Absolutely superb service from the team down at Southampton, London Road!! The people who dealt with me was Laura and mostly Kiranjit. Thank you so much for your constant communication (which other letting agencies I didn’t get!) and overall help you gave me with my first move into my own home. Everything went smoothly and no question I asked (I asked a lot) was not answered with professionalism and honesty. It took six days to move in and this was over a weekend as well.
