Great job, guys. A bit of an uphill struggle, but I felt you had my back.

Managing joint owners when selling a property, I'm sure generates it's own challenges for an estate agent. Goadsby, specifically Robert ward seemed to sail this course with relative ease. I think we would agree, that getting the asking price, negotiating with all parties to make the sale as smooth as possible and keeping all parties in the chain happy including lawyers is a key role for an estate agent. I would be happy to recommend you to other people and especially 'Robert' as a go to person

Second to none support from both Simon from London road branch and Mandy from Chandlers ford who was our sales progressor. I had chosen a solicitor who you'd have thought didn't own a keyboard and didn't understand the concept of answering a phone... This became extremely frustrating as we couldn't get any updates or any communication at all for that matter and as first time buyers you need to have some level of "hand holding" because everything is new and confusing Luckily Simon and Mandy were on the case and helped push for responses and eventually we managed to lock in a completion date for when we needed it Both Mandy and Simon knew my that communication was not my solicitors forte and therefore called me the moment we exchanged to congratulate us.. Thank you both, you made an otherwise stressful situation much smoother and it is greatly appreciated -Marty
