Moving to a new country is a big step, but Laura at Goadsby Southampton made us feel so welcome. She leads the Goadsby team very well. They were incredibly helpful throughout the rental process and even gave us a starter snack when we picked up the keys. It's these small gestures that make a big difference. They also took the time to teach us step-by-step how to take care of the property. As new immigrants, this guidance was invaluable. A win-win solution both for us as tenants and for the landlord. Goadsby team have been super responsive whenever we've had any troubleshooting issues. Highly recommended agent.

Goadsby (Southampton) provided an impeccable service. We have been very impressed with them from our first meeting with Robert the Branch Manager and subsequently with Reece for his excellent communications and dogged approach in what can be a very stressful time. We highly recommend them.

I asked Goadsby if they would step in with a flat sale having used a very well known high street agency for a number of years and who were quite frankly appalling. So bad that I was beginning to think this was the standard of all estate agents. I was wrong! Goadsby has been great throughout. Their senior managers ie board members, actually respond to your communiques to help make the introduction, the manager at the Southampton branch was quick to respond, responds even at weekends and when on leave and the team surrounding him superb. This was a difficult sale and the only reason it got over the line was due to the dogged determination of the team. Other estate agents seem to gain a ‘buyer’ that walks ‘through their door’ and then frankly do nothing. And then seem to be surprised when the sale falls through and then to boot recommend you sale through an auction. What a sign of failure that is! Goadsby is different. They assign someone to liaise with both parties to gently, or more firmly, keep people on track. A simple model but it works. In addition, Goadsby do not seem to rely on sub contractors and have a model whereby there is one point of contact. Again sounds so sensible but in my experience of some of the well known large high street brands common sense drops to the wayside due to corporate ‘process’. I wanted to use a word beginning with b instead of process but thought better of it! In short, Goadsby has been great, from the very top to those who deliver. Thank you.

Rob and his team in the Southampton branch could not have given us more exemplary service for the sale of our property. From the initial engagement and valuation, through to incredible marketing and open house, and on to proactively navigating through the sale process to Exchange and Completion at the earliest opportunity. Choose Goadsby to sell my property as they had recently sold a number of other properties in the same block as me. Personable from the start, pulled it back well to get a serious buyer with a serious offer and have always been at the end of the phone / email when I have needed them (which has been a lot as this is first property I have sold!). There was quite a bit during the process that I didn't understand from the solicitor so regularly had to liaise with Robert / Mandy / Reece to have it explained to me in basic language that average Joe can understand and they were able to help each time. Thanks for your help, patience and hard work.
