Really can not rate the team at Goadsby Salisbury highly enough. The selling of the home was not an easy situation but Rob and Jordon were helpful , understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Communication is excellent , calls are always returned and updates frequent. I will be recommending Goadsby to family, friends and colleagues .

I've been using Goadsby in Salisbury for about 4 years as a letting agency for my house. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful and they were always very quick to get in touch if the tenants had a query and they were very quick to send someone out to fix any problems. I never had a problem with the tenants and I feel they were vetted very effectively. I can whole-heartedly recommend Goadsby as a company and would like to say a big thank you to the team for being so good at their jobs.

I originally had my property marketted by Connells Salisbury. I seeked Connells out from seeing previous sold boards along my road so thought they knew the area and would be able to make a sale . My experience however was extremely poor, no customer service skills, promisises not kept and generally poor at marketing my property not to mention the excessive commission fee. I then after 3 months looked elsewhere at other agents and spoke to Goadsby. I met with Rob the branch manager an explained my journey. I was given advice and explicately explained my grevancies with the level of customer service from Connells and asured this would not be replicated with Goadsby. This turned out to be the case, I recieved brilliant customer service from Rob and his team and have successfully accepted an offer on my property. The experience I have recieved from the two agencies is a polar opposite and I would recommend to other sellers locally to choose Goadsby when marketing their properties.

I have rented a property through the Salisbury branch of Goadsby since 2003. I have always been very happy with the service I have received from the staff in this office who are friendly, courteous and efficient. They have always kept me well informed of any issues that have arisen with the tenancy or with the property and dealt with these promptly and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Salisbury Goadsby office to anyone wishing to let or rent a property in this area.

It has been good handful years since we handed our property over to Jacqui and the team for lettings, the services they provided have been superb all the way. We would not ask for anymore but to keep us going......
