The whole process of selling my mother's property was dealt with very professionally. We were always kept up to date with the status of the sale, and correspondence was easy. Having sold our property a few years ago with Goadsby of Fordingbridge, in my opinion they are the "go to" Estate Agent in the town. I would highly recommend the Fordingbridge team!

Rhyce has been brilliant, he communicated really well with us, our solicitor and estate agent to make sure our move went smoothly and was always available to answer questions.

Made a great effort to sell my property quickly. Worked quickly and efficiently and most importantly had great communication throughout the process. Also good humour , which is important in stressful situations. For me one key factor was that Rhyce and Alice both were approachable and straight talking, which I find rare these days.

Although the process was a little rocky at times due to issues outside of our control, Alice at Goadsby kept me well informed of the progress at every step of the way, and advised on what needed to be done on my end in order to achieve a timely exchange. Very happy with them and would recommend.
