Fern was amazing. Dealing with an emotional move for my Mother. I am sure she used her lunchtimes on more than one occasion to accommodate viewings for my mother. Fern was very professional, polite, kind, very understanding of the type of move it was for my mum, always returned calls (very rare with estate agents), and would highly recommend her for any further dealings with Goadsby.

Our sale was unsuccessful with a previous estate agent. Your agent said you could sell the property quickly ... you did just that!<br />many thanks.

I can highly recommend the team at Goadsby in Ferndown for their professionalism and expertise. They have been a pleasure to deal with, handling the sale of my late mother's property efficiently and with sensitivity. I did worry that I would need to travel backwards and forwards for viewings, but I needn't have been concerned - they have taken care of everything, holding a key for the property, showing it to prospective buyers and even signing it out to workmen, under instruction, so that maintenance could be carried out. My family and I are very grateful for the way the team have taken all the stress out of the process and made it so much easier than it could have been. Thank goodness we chose Goadbsy!
