Richard was very professional and courteous at all times, giving gentle guidance on occasion when I needed it. It was a long and drawn out process due to Covid restrictions and a long chain which did not help communication. <br />Good job, well done!

Very proactive. Handled the sale of my parents' property as part of their estates. As I live a distance away, especially with Covid restrictions, I had to rely on them totally. I was kept well informed throughout. Friendly as well as professional! They made a difficult task much easier.
