Do not use them as property management! They take from me and other 14 flats £300 each month ! If I pay that money , I want a good job done And the building lift hasn’t been cleaned for over year and half . I keep sending emails , not only me . I have sent proof of dates and same filth for more than a year . This was addressed over 4 months and still not cleaning it . Alex keeps saying oh sorry next time ,next time and keeps going on , something dodgy is going on and we don’t know . I work for my money, you should work for your money and cleaners should work to earn their money !!!

I’ve been living in this property since 2009 and have been with Goadsby for over 10 years—and I must say, they’ve been consistently excellent! Our property manager, Amine, truly goes above and beyond every time we need support or assistance. His responses are always prompt, and solutions come quickly. Amine is also very friendly and professional, and during his yearly inspections, he does whatever he can to address our needs. Even the contractors Goadsby works with are reliable and courteous. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Goadsby.

Fantastic service and amazing experience with Goadsby and Amine Bentoudja. Excellent and efficient services provided by Amine, who is my property manager. Amine is professional but friendly, which makes communication with the agency smooth and easy. I have been a tenant with them for a number of years and no issue is too big or too small and they handle all requests with the highest level of professionalism. I have always had timely communication, support and advice throughout. Overall perfect service. Thoroughly recommend
