We were really impressed with Goadsby when selling our home. We didn't expect it to sell so quickly given the market but Sophie's confidence in value and saleability was impressive from start to finish. Sophie saw the sale from viewing to exchange, helping to move things along at great pace. Really super service.

Very impressed with the response to my calls and information to my questions

Goadsbys successfully sold a probate property for us in a 7 month period after a significant price reduction. Overall we thought they were professional, followed up on queries quickly, worked hard on a different sales strategy to attract new interested parties and kept us informed of developments. We were also very happy with the marketing of the property and pleased to be working with a company that had a number of branches across Dorset. There are two areas that we felt needed to raise. The over optimistic pricing of the property. Although the market was strarting to cool off, the advice was that we should market at the higher price. On reflection the property may have sold sooner at a slightly lower price without taking the significant price reduction that we had to do. Our buyer was also selling their property through Goadsbys which we believe could have given rise to some conflict of interest. Although I am sure this has happened on other occasions and Goadsbys acted professionally during the sale process it is nevertheless a concern.
