Communication could be better but overall they did ok,

We recently sold our property through Goadsby in Broadstone and would highly recommend their services. We dealt with both Kieran and Sophie and both were fantastic; always keeping us updated, were very approachable with all our questions and always really friendly.

Goadsby and Kieran especially, provided an excellent service throughout the process of us buying our beautiful new home. Communication was great, he responded to every email and questions that same day. Goadsby gave us a lovely gift box of goodies along with the key to our new home!

This review is as a buyer through Goadsby (Broadstone). Goadsby, specifically Sophie, were excellent. Always polite, responsive and genuine. They acted as a trusted agent chasing all parties involved (buyers, sellers and solicitors) ensuring all were kept abreast of questions and concerns. If you're thinking of selling through Goadsbys', they do make the difference, specifically Sophie, to a successful transaction.

Above and Beyond Being in the dark when it came to lettings. I was tremendously assisted with Natasha and the team. Although sales gets the glory. I feel it is just as stressful renting ,as home buying. Thankyou all for your help in completing the necessary paperwork etc on time.
