Sophie did an excellent job, she kept us regularly informed of the progress with the buying process. She liaised well with the seller and solicitors, and kept the process moving. We really appreciated her professionalism and personal manner, and felt valued as a customer. Overall, we were delighted with the service of Goadsby’S, and will always recommend them.

Kieran was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Being first-time buyers, we hadn’t a clue about the process of buying a house. Kieran made it so easy for us, keeping us regularly updated on the status of the purchase. No question was too much and we always felt we were treated with the highest priority. I can’t recommend Goadsby enough for helping my girlfriend and I get on the ladder!

This review is as a buyer through Goadsby (Broadstone). Goadsby, specifically Sophie, were excellent. Always polite, responsive and genuine. They acted as a trusted agent chasing all parties involved (buyers, sellers and solicitors) ensuring all were kept abreast of questions and concerns. If you're thinking of selling through Goadsbys', they do make the difference, specifically Sophie, to a successful transaction.
