We recently moved and goadsby were dealing with our sale and purchase. So outstandingly super efficient and professional in every way, they are so friendly and helpful. I would never consider another estate agent, these are the best by a mile! I hear about other agents where it takes forever to get your house live on the market and ready for viewing - but not so with goadsby - all done within a few days! Absolutely brilliantly from first viewings through to completion of the purchase.

The property that we were selling was a 65 mile drive from where we live. The house was for sale because my mother and father had both passed away. The people at Goadsby were so helpful with all aspects of this sale. Because the property was unoccupied Goadsby were happy to do weekly inspections o the property to ensure that all was ok which was a great help for our peace of mind. There was also a surprise that came when the solicitors decided to exchange and complete on the same day. As I couldn't just drop everything and get to the property Callum from Goadsby read the energy and water meters for me which was a great help. Anyway to wrap this up the people at Goadsby made a very stressful situation a whole lot easier. Thank you.
