This is the best experience I have ever had with a letting agent coz I was in a very tight situation to find a property. They were very flexible throughout the whole process and nerve stressed me to keep a deposit anytime which I really appreciate. Even they offered me two times for the viewing as my partner couldn’t come for the first time. I worked with miss Morgan who is really kind and lovely lady. I saw she was really busy all the time but she never let me wait. Thank you for finding me a new home quickly.

They get the one star because they were entirely inoffensive during my actual tenancy. Unfortunately, three years after I move out they forward me a final warning (due the day of the email being sent!) from a debt collection agent, addressed to them, apparently from a bill due from my time in the house they rented me. I switched from this company immediately on moving in. They have clearly received multiple letters over the last few years, and have only chosen to contact me now that there's a final warning, and the cost of the debt has risen even more. They then have the absolute brass balls to tell me that there has never been any other correspondence about this, and that they have no idea where the multiple letters from the energy company and then the earlier letters from the debt collection agency which clearly precede a final warning could have been sent. Their complaints managed has since admitted to me that they have no record of any other correspondence about this at all. Best case: this is a group of utter incompetents, unable to manage a task with as many steps as reading a letter and then sending an email. Worst case: they have been caught with their pants down and are aware that they've failed to forward anything about this, and are now lying through their teeth to attempt to shift responsibility. Either way, on balance I can't honestly say I would recommend them unless you enjoy surprise bills, long circular conversations, and a total lack of any kind of accountability. If you were a dodgy landlord just looking to have someone manage your property and gouge your tenants though, these could be exactly the estate agents you're looking for.

Ellie and the Goadsby team have been great through the whole process. Ellie in particular has been great at keeping me completely informed through the tenancy application process and she has quick to respond to any issues or questions. A very pleasant experience.

Ellie & Rebecca are absolutely fantastic. So friendly, efficient and easy to contact. Nothing is too much bother for them, they’re always willing to help and very knowledgeable when asking questions. Would highly recommend.
