Can't rate Hayley or her team highly enough. Very professional throughout. It is due to Hayleys recommendation of a veiwing that I write this review from within my dream home. She listened and understood right from the beginning what we wanted and then helped us acheive exactly that. Very greatful.

Robin in particular was very helpful when it looked as though the sale would fall through.

We liked the idea of a small number of the Blandford office staff being familiar with the property, so that they could answer questions from potential buyers. We provided a useful local information document to help sell the property and we were able to personalise these sheets with the viewers' details. Feedback from some potential buyers was very positive (We happen to know them) about the level of professionalism shown by the Blandford Office, who even managed to secure a higher sale-price than we hoped. Another local agent severely had under-priced the property and did not use its own office-staff to show people around properties we visited and they were unable to answer even the most basic questions on the properties. Unbelievable!

Email updates were very good, excellent way of keeping up to speed with the sale, also always someone to speak to if needed
