I have a feeling that 2011 will offer greater opportunity in the property market, although it may not be until the latter part of the year. Fundamentally, there is a lot more activity than there was at the end of 2010 which saw poor enquiry levels during November and December. Both enquiries and viewings are relatively higher, however we still need to overcome the understandable cautious approach being taken by businesses...
