Acting on behalf of Hampshire Football Association Limited, Goadsby have sold William Pickford House, 8 Ashwood Gardens, Winchester Road, Southampton to Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions Limited. The property is a 2928 sq ft self contained office building.
Hilton-Baird specialises in matching businesses of any size with financial solutions according to their individual needs. Having gone from strength to strength, Hilton-Baird was keen to find a home for its ever expanding team. Hampshire Football Association have moved to new headquarters at Basingstoke . Neil Cassar, Hampshire Football Association Chief executive, said "It was obviously a big step for Hampshire FA to leave our home in Southampton after so many years, but Goadsby's and Hilton Baird have been a pleasure to work with and have certainly made life a lot easier, which has undoubtedly assisted our temporary relocation to Herriard.
It is anticipated that our new two-storey office facility in Winklebury will be completed by the end of July 2007. The purpose built offices will be part of an exciting football complex, which will include an enclosed floodlit ground with a 100 seater covered stand and the addition of new mini-soccer pitches and the renovation of the existing adult male pitches and changing facilities, and the existing MUGA (multi use games area).
