This small dedicated team deals with offices, retail and industrial properties, and we have also advised a number of rural property owners on their development opportunities, leading to the conversion of farm buildings to create, most notably, Berrywood Business Village at Hedge End, where the main tenant is NHS Direct and Leylands Farm, Colden Common, let to Norwest Holst.
In the City we deal with the majority of commercial properties coming to the market and are currently acting to sell offices at the Northgate Chambers development and 8 new B1 industrial units at Moorside Place, Winnall. In the City Centre we are providing advice in respect of the proposed development of Friarsgate/Silver Hill and on the former Hampshire Chronicle building in the High Street.
Over many years the team has acted for and provided advice to most of the major property owners or occupiers in the City, including those mentioned above and St John’s Winchester Charity and Winchester City Council.
