Goadsby is the principal commercial agent in the City with the unique advantage of sitting alongside the company’s residential arm.
The office covers not only the City and immediate surrounds in mid Hampshire, but all types of commercial property up to Andover and across to Alton and Petersfield.
We work very closely with the Southampton Commercial office providing a unique coverage of the region ensuring that all clients obtain a comprehensive service.
Our Team includes Annelies Culley, Amy Baker and Allen Pickering, supported by Bill Parker. Between them they have considerable experience in dealing with all property types and work alongside our residential land team on mixed use developments. We can provide advice on lettings, sales, acquisitions and planning reports.
We also work very closely with our Professional Services Team providing valuation and Landlord & Tenant Advice, Building Consultancy, Planning and Property Management. We currently manage a number of properties in the City.
Over many years the team has acted for and provided advice to most of the major property owners or occupiers in the City, St John’s Winchester Charity, Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council.
