| Goadsby Southampton Agency Department Boosted By New Additions |

Goadsby Commercial’s Southampton office is delighted to announce the strengthening of its agency department with the employment of two graduates and the return after maternity leave of an experienced agency colleague.
The Southampton Agency Department now boasts a team of six agents covering offices, industrial/warehousing and retail agency, managed by Andrew Hodgkinson MRICS.
Amy Baker MRICS returns from a period on maternity leave, offering 10 years of experience in the Southampton agency market.
Ben Welch joins having successfully completed an MSc in property development at Portsmouth University and with two years previous experience in residential agency.
Alex Hirst adds further to the team having completed his BSc (Hons) degree in Property Management and Investment at UWE, Bristol and again having previous residential agency experience.
Both Ben and Alex are working towards their MRICS qualifications and bring huge enthusiasm to the team and an appetite for doing deals.
The team is further augmented with Bill Parker MRICS and Chris Aslin MRICS, with over 20 years experience in agency, development, education and acquisition work.
