Another Instruction Demonstrates Goadsby’s Multidisciplinary Professional Services
Goadsby Building Consultancy has recently successfully completed the internal refurbishment of 5 Holdenhurst Road Bournemouth on behalf of their client the freeholder.
Graeme Harper of Goadsby Building Consultancy comments ‘Undertaking this instruction demonstrates the range of professional services a multidisciplinary property company like Goadsby can offer. The instruction came through our Property Management Department who manage the investment property for the freeholder. This building was vacant following re-possession from an illegal occupant. Regarding the Building Consultancy aspect we undertook an initial survey and agreed the package of works with the client, tendered the works and project monitored the works on site through to completion and negotiating the final account’.
With the works now complete Goadsby’s Commercial Agency Business Space Department has been instructed to advise the freeholder on rental values and are now marketing the premises for re-letting.
